EXCELLENT Based on 155 reviews Posted on Google Anna KhananushyanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If I had to sum it up: top-level organization and an absolutely amazing crew : Chris for managing lots of messages and brave Justin being incredibly patient with someone like me who occasionally “goes up and down” 😄 Everything was perfectly planned and smooth from start to finish — you can really feel the experience and professionalism behind the whole setup. A special shoutout to the crew: super professional and supportive, always present at the right moment, extremely safety-focused, and genuinely passionate about what they do. A fantastic dive, great vibes, and an experience I’d repeat without hesitation. Highly recommended! 💙Posted on Google Rachel MorrealeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I first scuba dived with Blue Water Divers in Bermuda on our honeymoon last October. We had such an incredible experience that we just had to travel back for our wedding anniversary this October! Thanks to Phoebe, Justin & Chris, my husband and I are now getting diving certified as we fell in love with scuba diving! We are so excited to go diving with this amazing company again!! Phoebe taught us everything we needed to know and made sure we were comfortable and of course having fun! She was so patient with us while learning and the trip overall was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had in our life! We seriously talk about this awesome crew all the time to our family & friends and highly recommend that if you are reading this, you book a trip to Bermuda ASAP and go diving with this awesome team of people! Thank you guys a million times over again!Posted on Google Jace RoscoeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This crew, working through the Island Tour Center at the end of the cruise dock in Bermuda, was absolutely fantastic. Every member of the team, Captain Chris, Justin, and most of all, our dive master Phoebe, was personable, funny, knowledgeable, and caring. They related to and engaged with our 11 yr old discovery diver, and we're empathetic and warm for our diver who had a panic attack on the surface. I will absolutely be going to Blue Water every time I come to Bermuda's waters.Posted on Google Jerry SchmidtTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just walked off a two tank dive and am very satisfied. A fantastic crew from the captain and all the crew. Everyone was very personable, friendly and helpful for any need. I particularly enjoyed the trip because of the playful banter between the crew and me. The next time I’m in Bermuda I’ll be looking them up. Thanks for a great experience. Make sure you keep an eye on Phoebe as she’s a feisty one!! 😂Posted on Google Bree Van HornTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Awesome experience. We had limited experience diving but Phoebe was amazing. She walked us through everything and made my mom feel comfortable. Such an amazing experience! This is definitely a must do if you are interested in scuba in Bermuda.Posted on Google MateoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing dive crew, we had two amazing dives led by Aaron. They were all extremely friendly and very professional. And captain Chris was very friendly and I loved that you can text him directly via WhatsApp before the dive. Strongly recommend if you want to dive in bermudaPosted on Google NealTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I don't normally write reviews, but figured this would be good for newcomers. The team at Blue Water Divers is top-notch, and I knew I was in good hands the moment I boarded. Captain Chris and crew were incredibly knowledgeable about the dive sites and the rich history of the shipwrecks. We even encountered a lion fish, which was a first for some of us! From the moment we boarded, the crew prioritized safety, going over everything from communication signals to equipment instructions. The teamwork was impressive, and the captain's movie references made the experience even more enjoyable. Phoebe led two of my dives, and her professionalism was truly exceptional. I had some equalization issues on the first dive and had to surface, but she was patient and provided careful oversight, helping me get comfortable and back under the water. The second dive was smooth sailing thanks to her guidance. Phoebe's energy and the crew's deep level of experience made this a fantastic experience.Posted on Google Phoenix LiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Normally I don’t leave review, but I feel the urge to write my experience down. Went out with blue water diver. The young guy helped me set up equipment. Service was good at the beginning. We got to first dive spot. It was one guide vs. 5 divers. After I got into the water, I felt my regulator was not giving me full air. I wanted to ask the guide to check, but he didn’t look back on me until a long time after. Around the last 1/3 of the dive, the current got very strong after turning a corner. I was right after the guide, but couldn’t move forward even I was trying my best. Others were also struggling. One guy with 300 dives experience was also falling behind. Eventually, everyone else caught up to the guide. I was the only one left behind. It was a straight line with clear water. The whole process took a long time. And the guide DIDN’T LOOK BACK EVEN ONCE to check on everyone (afterwards he acknowledged there was very strong current, but still didn’t look back to see if everyone’s safe and following). It was desperate to see everyone moving away and I just couldn’t move as the current was so strong. I finally gave up before getting exhausted. And let the current push me for a bit and tried to get to the surface. I tried to stay calm and just praying I was not too far from the boat and the current on the surface would not push me away into the ocean. Luckily, after I got to surface, I was able to swam toward the boat. The second dive was cancelled due to strong current. I had a long conversation with the guide. He acknowledged the abnormal current and he explained he had to keep moving forward to navigate the current himself. It was so irresponsible.. logically, if himself, a very experienced diver was having difficulty with current, he should know the others would have a more difficult time and potentially in danger. Yet, he didn’t look back even once! I don’t know what I was paying 200 bucks for.. I thought I paid for being taken care of and safety, but I was abandoned when there was strong current. I don’t know what else to say, but would suggest everyone should consider safety first when going to a dive.Posted on Google David SackTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My family and I went on vacation to Bermuda in early June and as experienced Scuba divers, we went with Blue Water Divers for 5 days in a row. We were stunned by the beauty and variety of Bermuda's reefs and waters. They took us to wrecks, reefs and coolest of all, breakers, which are like bowls that rise out of the ocean floor and are 15-20 feet tall, they were truly spectacular. The safety talk at the start was funny and creative, the captain was a skilled navigator of bermudas shallow reefs. Everything from the crew to the dives was amazing. We would recommend this to anyone who wants an amazing Scuba diving experience.Posted on Google Sean ConwayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Was in Bermuda for a day and a half. My son and I dove with Blue Water afternoon of day 1 and morning of day 2. The captain and crew were fantastic. The whole trip was fun. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Divers were split up into small groups, each led by a Divemaster. As a bonus, the water's warm and clear, and the reefs and wrecks are great!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
